INSURANCE & FEES: We participate and are in-network with Horizon BlueCross BlueShield and Medicare Part B. We can provide you with a detailed receipt of each visit to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Should you have any questions, please contact our office at 609-267-5550 before your first visit and we’ll review them with you.
We strive to keep our fees as reasonable as possible in an attempt to not limit anyone from obtaining the care they need.
